The company Genting2 d.o.o. Pula, having its seat in Pula, Dalmatinova 4 (OTP Bank building, in the centre of Pula, 1st floor), personal identification number (OIB): 81441973133, company’s registration number (MBS): 040131315.
Since its formation in 1992, the company has been operating in the area of Pula, Istria and Zagreb, as well as the entire Croatia, primarily along the Adriatic coast.
Genting’s branch office in Zagreb was established on 10/10/2007.

The founders of the company, holders of a 50% company share each, are:

• dr. Sanja Poljarević–founder and General Manager of the company, licensed real estate broker since28/01/2009
• M. Poljarević - dipl. oecc. –founder and authorized representative, licensed real estate broker since 28/01/2009

Since the beginning of its operation, the company has been very successful in performing the following activities:
- real estate brokerage, investment in the construction of apartments and holiday apartments for resale (more than 50 apartments were built and sold only in Pula, and another 25 apartments in Fažana and Štinjan), provision of consulting services in relation to the construction of residential and multi-residential buildings in the territory of Istria and Zagreb, provision of services in relation to the company registration by foreign citizens, intermediation in the legalization of already built buildings or a commenced construction, provision of services in the obtaining of documents required for the construction of structures and the obtaining of certificates of completion and compliance, intermediation at the Ministry of Justice for the purpose of obtaining the decree–approval of the executed real estate purchase transaction –primarily for citizens of the Russian Federation, carrying out all other activities, especially for foreign customers.

For over 15 years, the company has been intensively collaborating with the Russian market and, for the purpose of getting closer to this market, it has rented an exhibition stand at the largest international real estate exhibition in Moscow, where we present every April and November our offers and gather people interested in buying a real estate in the Republic of Croatia. Our offer is also displayed through the most popular web portals in Moscow and we are preparing the development of a website for the Russian market.
